Wouldn’t you be interested in using a tool that lets you earn money while also driving social change—and having fun doing it?
With GVS, that wish can come true.

GVS is a tool designed to spark what’s called a “Civic Drive.” If a Civic Drive can be achieved, then every person on Earth can become wealthy.

This article offers a concise explanation of how such a society—where everyone can get rich—can actually be built, along with the key benefits of doing so.
If you’re curious for more details, in-depth explanations are available in related articles.

Can We Really Create a Society Where Everyone Becomes Wealthy?

You might think that a society where everyone becomes wealthy is just a fantasy.
But it’s actually possible—as long as we can create work that satisfies the following three conditions:

  • It’s simple enough that even children can do it
  • It’s so engaging that anyone would want to do it
  • It’s attractive enough that even the wealthy would want to invest, even if it means liquidating their assets

The kind of work that meets all of these criteria is exactly what I’m proposing with GVS.
Because GVS has the power to spark a Civic Drive, it becomes a type of work that anyone would gladly support through donations.

And by distributing donations from wealthy individuals to the citizens participating in GVS,
we—the people of Earth—can receive the greatest rewards imaginable.

The following three articles provide more detailed explanations of Civic Drive and GVS.
If you’re interested in learning more about specific topics, these articles are highly recommended.

If you’d just like to get an overall picture, this article gives you the big picture.

What Kind of Work Is Simple Enough That Even Children Can Do It?

The kind of work that’s simple enough for children to do is participating in the app I’m proposing: GVS (Group Voting System).
All you have to do in GVS is chat.

Even if someone can’t read or write, they can simply use voice input.
So it’s fair to say that this is a type of work anyone can do, regardless of ability.

Since this is work meant to make everyone wealthy—not just a select few—it has to be simple enough for anyone to participate.

What Kind of Work Is So Fun That Anyone Would Want to Do It?

Even if a task is simple, people won’t do it if it’s boring.
That’s why the work needs to be as engaging as a game—something that gives people a sense of capability and empowerment.

With GVS, your opinions are reflected in society in real time, so you can experience the same sense of agency and omnipotence you feel when playing a game.
It’s similar to that feeling when a single button press in a game lets you build an entire town.

What’s more, with AI support based on psychological techniques, a strong sense of unity naturally forms among participants.

As a result, the work becomes something people get deeply involved in and truly excited about—like a festival.

What Kind of Work Would Make the Wealthy Want to Invest—Even by Liquidating Their Assets?

It’s said that over 90% of the money currently in circulation is tied up in asset management.
As a result, very little money flows outside of the financial markets.

In other words, unless we can tap into the funds that the wealthy are using for asset management,
it will be difficult for all of humanity to achieve high incomes.

That’s why, if we truly want to make everyone on Earth wealthy, it becomes crucial to consider:
Would the wealthy feel compelled to donate to a Civic Drive launched through GVS?

What Is a Civic Drive?

A Civic Drive refers to citizen-led governance.
It’s a system where citizens themselves take direct control of politics and the economy.

What distinguishes a Civic Drive society from conventional democratic systems is that labor for the sake of employment disappears,
and technological development becomes fully optimized.

We will be able to live in highly technologically advanced cities,
and the speed of innovation is expected to accelerate by more than 100 times once Civic Drive is underway.

The kind of work done through GVS can be described simply as technological development.
Since all of humanity participates, it’s only natural that society’s technological level would advance rapidly.

Moreover, instead of being built around economies or nation-states, society becomes centered on its citizens—
resulting in a structure that is far more advantageous for human survival and daily life.

In today’s capitalist society, even humans themselves are commodified.
In nationalism-based societies, future collapse through war is often baked into social planning.
But in a Civic Drive world, such systems that promote and accelerate destruction will no longer exist.

For example, the current society, which focuses technological development on killing people to win wars,
would shift instead toward developing technologies that protect life—like enhancing the human body to withstand nuclear weapons.

The capitalist and nationalist systems are ultimately irrational when viewed from the standpoint of human well-being.
Even for the wealthy, there are benefits:
If everyone is rich, there’s no longer any need to protect one’s wealth, and people can live as friends.

So when a Civic Drive is launched, our society can become the dream society that many have envisioned.
And the wealthy—recognizing this as the greatest achievement in human history—will likely be the first to donate,
seeking honor, recognition, and a legacy that endures through the ages.

GVS Is Fun! A Miraculous Tool That Lets You Change Society Just by Playing a Game!

In order to launch a Civic Drive, GVS is essential.
Why? Because current systems—such as elections, parliamentary debates, and social media—which are supposedly used to gather public opinion, cannot actually aggregate opinions or generate the kind of unified movement needed to bring about real social change.

GVS, on the other hand, has the power to spark such movements.
Because it can drive true social transformation, the wealthy are motivated to donate to these activities.
And as they do, citizens’ incomes steadily increase.

Reading up to this point, you might be wondering just how powerful this tool really is.
So next, let’s break down the actual tasks involved in GVS—and explore whether it can truly spark a Civic Drive and bring about meaningful societal change.

Discuss and Elect a Representative

At its core, the GVS system is simple: participants discuss and select one representative.
However, what sets it apart from ordinary discussions or voting is that it follows a deliberate progression:
discussion → agreement → consent → vote—a structured process that builds commitment.

Why is it designed this way?
Because the goal isn’t to end with just a discussion—it’s to actually spark a real movement in society.
In that sense, GVS can be described as a miracle-making tool for societal transformation.

GVS is built on a psychological framework that naturally enables people to reach a conclusion through dialogue—
and then turn that conclusion into collective action.

Chat in Groups of 3 to 5 People

The basic procedure of GVS starts with choosing a discussion room based on a topic you’re interested in.
For example, you might join a room titled “Let’s Choose Politicians Who Support Tax Cuts.”

Once you enter, participants are randomly divided into small groups of 3 to 5 people.
They begin their discussion and, at the end, select one representative.
Those representatives are then grouped again into new teams of 3 to 5, repeat the discussion, and select another representative.

Eventually, a single final representative is chosen.

You might be thinking: “Can this really lead to actual tax cuts?”
Of course, if no real outcomes result—if taxes don’t actually get reduced—then GVS becomes meaningless,
the Civic Drive doesn’t happen, and we citizens receive no reward.

A more detailed explanation of how GVS works is available in other articles,
but here we’ll offer a simple overview of the system.

Why Do GVS Decisions Have Such Strong Cohesive Power?

For example, even if someone posts on an anonymous message board saying, “This politician is amazing,” and everyone agrees—nothing is truly decided by that alone.

Why? Because there’s no sense of responsibility.
Take an influencer who’s popular and supported by the public:
If they claim they’re working toward tax cuts, many people may cheer them on—but isn’t there a sense of detachment?

That’s because people think: “Well, they’re the one with the great ideas, so they should take responsibility and act.”
As long as we rely on this kind of structure, citizens will never truly unite and take action together.

That’s why, if people want to spark real change—a Civic Drive—they often feel they must unite through protests or even riots.
But while demonstrations or riots may appear to be “citizen-led movements” (Civic Drives), they’re actually something else.

That’s because a true Civic Drive is rooted in the intention to build a cooperative civilization
one that actively works in favor of human survival and well-being.

Isn’t the Voting System Supposed to Unite Public Opinion?

So what about the voting systems used around the world?
You might think they’re meant to unite public opinion.

However, voting is actually worse than anonymous message boards or the influence of popular social media figures.
Why? Because voters never actually talk to each other directly, so there’s no sense of shared responsibility.

In essence, voting becomes little more than a popularity contest driven by individual psychological reflexes.
Such opinions lack true agency and fluctuate depending on mood or emotion.
And when opinions change so easily, a meaningful movement cannot take shape.

As a result, even the most capable politicians cannot change society through such a system.

In short, whenever people unite and act together, deep, logical deliberation is absolutely essential.

In GVS, No One Is a Bystander—Everyone Stays Actively Engaged

In GVS, participants discuss via chat in groups of 3 to 5 people.
Because the groups are small, unlike large-scale discussions, no one ends up as a passive observer.

Since communication happens through chat, those who are more articulate don’t dominate the conversation.
Chat logs can be viewed in real time, making the process transparent and helping to prevent manipulation or unfairness.

At the end of the discussion, the group selects a representative.
This means that a contract and a vote are formed through group consensus, creating a sense of responsibility.
Participants feel, “I helped make this decision.”

This sense of personal involvement and social agreement creates a kind of psychological pressure that leads to cohesion and unity.

When participants see someone taking action based on the outcome of a GVS discussion,
they recognize that behavior as stemming from the same discussion and topic—creating a sense of solidarity,
and from that, a real movement begins.

In short, GVS is designed to help participants realize:
“We are all allies, and I have the right and the ability to influence society.”

These mechanisms are largely inspired by Adlerian psychology,
especially the concept of the Adlerian triangle, which helped shape the design of GVS.

Won’t Arguments Break Out During Discussions?

No, arguments don’t break out—because the system automatically rewrites language to prevent conflict.
For example, if someone tries to say something like this:

[Before Conversion]
“My boss is seriously the worst. He doesn’t treat his subordinates like human beings and gives nothing but harassing instructions.
I’m working overtime every day until 10 p.m. I have no idea why a guy like that gets to act so superior.”

It gets automatically transformed into something like this:

[After Conversion]
“In my workplace, I often feel disrespected as a human being due to one-sided instructions and a lack of understanding from my boss.
Right now, I’m thinking about how we can build a relationship where open dialogue is possible,
and whether it’s feasible to create a system that fosters mutual understanding throughout the workplace.”

As you can see, the AI automatically rephrases emotionally charged language into constructive expressions.
This is just one example—the system is designed to convert any kind of language to avoid conflict.

So even people who would normally hesitate to participate in discussions out of fear of arguments
can join with peace of mind.

The example above doesn’t actually offer a concrete proposal, so the conversation wouldn’t progress far on its own—
but the system successfully prevents fights.
For generating ideas and proposals, AI uses tools like critical thinking to assist the participant.

There is a separate article that goes into detail with simulations of how this conversion works in GVS.
If you’re interested in a deeper explanation, that article would be a good reference.

For now, we’ll continue with the overall explanation without going too deep here.

What’s the Reason AI Conversion Prevents Arguments?

The reasoning behind how discussions are transformed to avoid conflict lies in Adlerian psychology, particularly the concept of the “Adlerian Triangle.”

Conversations framed as “Poor me” or “That person is bad” tend to divide participants and lead to arguments.
But when the focus shifts to “What should we do moving forward?”, it naturally brings participants together.

As a result, even during disagreements, people don’t attack each other by insisting they’re right or by condemning others as wrong.

The confrontational style of speech described above is rooted in a competitive, survival-based era—a civilization built around the concept of killing.
It’s not the communication style of a cooperative society.
That said, in GVS, AI automatically converts language to fit a cooperative style,
so participants don’t need to worry about this consciously—they can just join in.

It’s also important to understand that we’ve learned this aggressive communication style because we lived in nationalist societies—so there’s no shame or need to feel guilty about it.

However, if we learn from GVS’s AI-based rephrasing and adopt cooperative language patterns,
we’ll be able to communicate our needs peacefully with others and improve our lives and society together.

In a post-GVS world, humanity will naturally be composed of people who’ve learned this cooperative way of speaking from the start.
This will gradually lead to a society where everyone feels they have allies, and that they are capable and empowered.

If Messages Are Automatically Rewritten, Won’t That Distort My Intentions?

The system is designed so that it’s impossible to convey intentions like “I hate you” or “I want to attack you.”
However, it does allow you to clearly express your dissatisfaction, complaints, or requests to others.

In essence, when someone feels like saying “I hate you” or “I want to attack you,”
what they actually mean is:
“I have a need or demand—something I want you to do, or stop doing.”

In today’s world, people often attempt to assert those demands through conflict or even war,
so our way of speaking has become aligned with that mentality.

However, if we adopt Adlerian-style communication, we can fulfill our needs through cooperation rather than competition.
While negotiations between nations often assume conflict or war, negotiation within a single society is based on cooperation.

That’s why killing is prohibited by law:
Using warlike speech domestically—between fellow citizens—may simulate international warfare,
but even in today’s world, it’s not encouraged, nor is it meaningful.

This holds true not just in democratic societies but in all types of nations:
Humans created societies to survive.
If we end up killing each other, it defeats the very purpose of building a society in the first place.

Therefore, at least in the case of using GVS among people in the same country,
expressing hostility is not only unnecessary, but counterproductive to the discussion itself.

Won’t There Be Differences Based on Age, Gender, or Nationality?

In order for people to feel like they are friends or part of the same group, it’s intuitive that discrimination must be eliminated.
We’re naturally inclined to cooperate with those we consider friends—and not with those we don’t.
This is a normal psychological tendency among humans.

That’s why, in GVS, all communication is text-based—voice is not used, and participants remain anonymous.
Furthermore, the system automatically alters language so that you cannot identify someone’s age, gender, or nationality from how they speak.

For example, if a 5-year-old shares an opinion, it will be automatically converted into adult-level phrasing.
Conversely, if a renowned scholar expresses something, and a 5-year-old is reading it, the language will be converted into child-friendly phrasing.

You might wonder, “Wouldn’t that make the meaning unclear?”
But that’s not the case.
Complicated language is often used more for social signaling than for actual comprehension—and the core message can still be fully understood.

Human language is inherently designed so that anyone who can use language can also understand it.
Even if comprehension is sometimes an illusion, you don’t need to worry about that level of detail.

What matters is that we see each other as teammates, as friends.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking, “This person is just a child, so they’re not part of my group,”
or “This person is too elite or educated to be one of us.”

The moment we see someone as “not one of us,” our shared decisions become impersonal,
and the movement dies.

That’s why, if the user identifies as female, everyone’s messages can appear in feminine language.
If male, then all speech may appear in masculine language.

If you prefer not to use gendered language, you can select a random setting,
in which case, even if a man is writing, it might be displayed to you in feminine phrasing, or vice versa.

Either way, unless a participant voluntarily reveals their identity,
age, gender, nationality, and other identifiers remain invisible.

As for nationality, everything is translated.
So Japanese users will see everything in Japanese, and American users will see everything in English.
If you want to view both, you can set your display to random.

That way, even if someone is writing in Japanese, it will appear to you in English,
giving the illusion that everyone is a unified group.

In short, we just need to trick the brain into thinking “we are all one.”
And to achieve that, even more nuanced settings beyond age, gender, and nationality may become necessary.

Doesn’t Someone Need to Take Responsibility?

Let’s talk about a key question: Who takes responsibility for the outcomes of a Civic Drive decided through GVS?
The answer is: each individual citizen.
There is no need for the politicians who implement the decision, the GVS participants, or members of a GVS facilitation company to take the blame.

This highlights a core distinction between work and play.
Although work, study, and play can involve the same types of tasks, the difference in how we perceive them comes from whether we’re forced to do them and whether responsibility is attached—and that difference affects how enjoyable they are.

Most people, when burdened with responsibility, tend to find a task less fun.

If taking responsibility means getting scolded or having your livelihood or life threatened,
then participation in GVS would likely decline.

Let’s say, hypothetically, that a nuclear war breaks out as a result of a GVS decision.
In a traditional society, people would blame a specific dictator, saying,
“That guy caused it—he’s the reason this happened. I had nothing to do with it.”

But under GVS, people would think:
“This happened because of a decision I was part of.”

In this sense, responsibility is not something to force onto others—
it’s something you reflect on for yourself.

From there, you think:
“Next time, I’ll do better.”
Responsibility becomes a motivation for self-improvement, not a burden—
and something even recreational in nature.

Forcing someone to “take responsibility” by firing them, attacking them, or even ending their life
is nothing more than a ritualistic scapegoating.
It’s not rational behavior.

In truth, no one can fully “take responsibility” for anything,
and there is no truly logical reason to force someone to do so.
No one knows exactly what outcomes any decision will bring,
nor can we objectively determine whether those outcomes were good or bad.

However, viewing outcomes as something you caused through your own active participation,
and deciding to try better next time—that is something real and constructive.
And wouldn’t that make it more likely you actually will do better next time?

Because GVS allows for this kind of non-punitive participation, it remains fun and engaging.
Even the politicians who carry out GVS decisions won’t be hated or blamed—
they’ll be respected as allies and leaders of the people.

And it’s precisely this environment that makes miracles and movements possible.
As long as we keep looking for “bad people” to blame and punish,
true social transformation will never happen.

Humanity Will Evolve! Toward a Post-Human Future Through the Civic Drive

You may be wondering: What kind of society would emerge if we used GVS to launch a Civic Drive?
For all people on Earth to become wealthy, we must redistribute some of the wealth currently held by the rich.

To achieve that, we need to create a society that is genuinely attractive to the wealthy.

In this section, we’ll explore what happens when a Civic Drive is successfully launched.

No More Labor! Welcome to the Super-AI Civilization

With GVS, humanity’s “job” becomes collaborating with others to decide how to build a better society.
The many forms of labor that existed solely for the sake of employment will be naturally eliminated.

Why? Because using GVS is more rewarding and more enjoyable.
Naturally, people will shift toward participating in GVS, and traditional labor will fade away.

As a result, automation and AI will advance without hesitation, and society will rapidly evolve into a fully AI-driven civilization.
In this way, a Civic Drive will create a world that is extremely convenient and enjoyable for human beings.

Furthermore, for those tasks that must still be performed by humans,
they will naturally become highly compensated and come with social recognition—because otherwise, no one would do them.

The nature of labor itself will also transform:
People will work not for money, but to be of service to others.
It will be more like helping a friend than fulfilling a duty—something done with joy and connection.

No More Taxes! The Era of Citizen-Led Governance

Once a Civic Drive is launched, taxation itself will become obsolete.
However, rather than losing revenue, the government’s available resources will actually increase.
In GVS, participants receive not only cash but also tokens—a form of currency used exclusively for donations and political contributions.

As a result, governments will be able to secure even more funding than during the tax era.
The trade-off, however, is that politics must align with GVS outcomes.
Politicians who ignore them will likely face dismissal.

Meanwhile, politicians who reflect the will of the people through GVS will be actively supported and promoted,
because GVS creates real civic unity through language and mutual agreements,
and because the GVS Fund and token system hold actual economic power.

This is actually a benefit for the government as well.
Politicians and bureaucrats will become true leaders of the people,
respected and admired as ideal public servants.

Why? Because they will be doing what citizens genuinely want
not necessarily what is objectively “right,” but what citizens have collectively agreed upon.

Some may worry that this could lead to mob rule.
However, GVS is designed to foster humanity’s limitless growth,
enabling all people across the globe to gain expert-level knowledge and insight in every field.

No More Wars! Toward Post-Human Evolution and Defensive Cities

The vast majority of citizens do not want war.
As a result, instead of investing in weapons designed to kill, society will begin to develop defensive systems that protect people from weapons.

For example, cities and human bodies might be engineered to withstand nuclear attacks,
shifting investment away from offensive power and toward defense technologies.

Through GVS, people learn that they don’t need violence to assert their demands.
As long as they master the tools of meaningful dialogue,
they can both negotiate effectively and cooperate with others.

Thanks to such civic activity, war will either gradually diminish or lose its effectiveness altogether.

Furthermore, unlike the current capitalist society—where humans are treated as commodities—
a Civic Drive will spark the development of products, services, and technologies that help unlock human potential.

In more practical terms, this means innovations that promote better health, youthfulness, vitality, and the enhancement of physical, artistic, and intellectual capabilities.

Currently, much of society’s technology is focused on how to kill humans more effectively
and this is considered rational because otherwise, other nations might kill you first.

But when a Civic Drive takes hold and a cooperative civilization emerges,
technological development will accelerate in a new direction.

Take the example of junk food: hamburgers are cheap and tasty, but unhealthy.
In the future, we’ll develop alternatives that are cheaper, tastier, healthier, and more environmentally friendly.

Anti-aging technologies, cosmetic enhancements, and other advances will also flourish,
making it possible to easily and freely alter your appearance.

At the same time, systems that prioritize economic or national interests over human life—such as a world of hunger on one side and obesity on the other—will be dismantled.

All mechanisms that destroy the environment for the sake of profit will be scrapped and replaced with new, more efficient systems.

Why will this be possible?
Because people will be liberated from labor and empowered to engage in society proactively.

To make that happen, donations from the wealthy are essential.
So please, consider contributing to the Civic Drive movement.

We’re Looking for Affiliate Partners!

The Civic Drive initiative is still in its early stages.
I’ll do my best to secure donations from wealthy individuals,
but for now, I’d really appreciate it if you could click on affiliate links to help support the project.

In terms of revenue sharing:
Until we reach 2 million yen in profits, that amount will go toward my personal earnings.
After surpassing that threshold, I plan to distribute 30% to myself and 70% to Civic Drive participants as compensation.

Donations from wealthy supporters will be collected via crowdfunding,
and will be used to fund GVS development, operate GVS facilitation services, and provide participant rewards.

If we can drive traffic through affiliate links and launch meaningful Civic Drives using GVS,
participant earnings could increase to the maximum possible level.
